We service a busy and absolutely beautiful, not-for-profit CCRC in Clovis, NM. As the largest facility in town, it provides the most comprehensive care for the community and has an excellent reputation for care. In Portales, we service an 80-bed skilled nursing facility with a very active resident population. At either of these locations, you will have the use of spacious therapy rooms, as well as great equipment and the support of highly skilled facility staff! We are seeking an OT for each of these fantastic facilities!

SYNERTX Rehab is a leading rehab services firm, specializing in contract physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology within the long-term care industry. We are committed to creating the best work environment for our therapists and delivering the highest quality of care to our residents. We always put clinical judgment first and foremost above financial reimbursement, have reasonable productivity expectations of at least 75%, and never micro-manage! 

We are offering up to $90,000 per year, depending on your experience, plus a generous benefits package that includes annual productivity bonuses of up to $6,000, medical and dental coverage, excellent 401K, flexible time off, and much more!
